As you relax in our swings or rocking chairs, you can listen to the wind moving through the trees or watch the hummingbirds fly in and around the porches looking for nectar from feeders or flowers. Hike 2.2 miles to Rabun Bald second highest mountain in Ga, right out your front door. 70% of Rabun County is National Forest Land around us.

Each of the 3 covered porches has its own spectacular scenes. It's not about how many breaths you take....it's how many moments take your breath away! Enter the living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen on the top floor encompassing the great room with a large wood-burning fireplace. This opens to a large covered porch with a gas barbecue grill and plenty of swings and rockers. TV, DVD, surround sound, Stereo. Spacious master suite with balcony access. Half bath and laundry room are also on this floor.

The middle floor, which we call the "guest floor," has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms. 1 king entrance to covered porch, another king bedroom, 2 twins bedroom. Large family room with stone gas fireplace, tv, DVD, stereo. Guest kitchen with 2nd coffee maker, microwave, and fridge plus extra round dining table (for puzzles and cards). Covered porch with swing and rockers.

The bottom floor comprises a game room and a large bedroom with a king and queen bed. Professional Air Hockey table, Pool table, ping pong, dart boards, Tv, stereo large bar table with seating for 8 to 10, open up to yet another covered porch with spectacular valley views. The pool, Fitness room, Sauna, Hot tub, and Tennis included 1 mile to the clubhouse.

*The Sky Valley Golf Club exterior community pool and hot tub are closed in the winter months. The interior hot tub remains open year-round.
