COVID-19 SANITIZATION
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 9 pm-8 am (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day.

Home is located in a residential neighborhood. Street is available to park on but recycle is taken to the curb on Friday and regular trash on Monday, so you won't want to block any of the trash bins with your vehicle on those days. Otherwise, free street parking and driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars.
