Cozy, new home for the whole family to enjoy in a quiet neighborhood. Located near the Historic Havelock area of Lincoln and minutes away from Downtown Lincoln, Pinnacle Bank Arena, University of Nebraska football stadium, Nebraska Wesleyan University, and Southeast Community College. Off-street parking is available behind the house.

The kitchen has solid surface countertops and everything you need to feel at home including a natural gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered ice/water dispenser. A single-serve Keurig coffee maker with the ability to customize your coffee to a latte or cappuccino will start your day off right.

Relax on the La-Z-Boy recliners and sofa while you stream your favorite show. An Apple TV is provided for you to stream using your own accounts. Board games, cards, and books are available to keep the fun going.

The primary bedroom includes a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached full bathroom with heated floors, two shower heads, and hair dryer. The second bedroom has a full sized bed with the third bedroom including bunkbeds with a nearby bookshelf full of books for all ages. All the beds include high quality linens. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. Each bathroom comes with soft, oversized towels. Washer and dryer are located downstairs.

Perfect Home for Family

This property was perfect for our family of 5 that includes young adults and a teenager. The home was comfortable, clean and spacious. The living room furniture and space was a great place to hang out. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the host was easy to communicate with. They even accommodated our needed early arrival. We would highly recommend this property!

2nd Stay- Still Love It!

This was our 2nd stay here and we loved it as much as the 1st one, a year ago! It's a beautiful, clean home and lovely neighborhood. Michelle makes it even better with all the extra amenities she provides. Would definitely stay here again!

Even better than described

Wow! EXTREMELY clean, well provisioned with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, well situated for our time in Lincoln. Hosts were very attentive to questions asked and requests we made even before we booked. Lovely neighborhood—quiet and walkable for morning stroll. Only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Nice house!

Overall great property! Only negatives: I did not have an AppleID so couldn't use the living room tv, but wasn't there much either. The outlets didn't work in spare bedrooms but was able to use others. It would be nice to be able to lock up from the back door, but not a huge deal.

Golf Trip Get Away

This was a great property with plenty of room. We were there for a golf weekend and the house could have easily held 6 guys with a couple of air mattresses! Very nice place.

Wonderful Home

This is a very clean and comfortable home. There are many special touches from the heated floor in the primary bedroom ensuite bathroom to the coffee maker than can do cappuccino as well as individual cups. We stayed with four adults and found the location close to everything we needed. We had an issue with the digital lock on the front door but Michelle was very responsive and corrected the the issue right away. We will definitely stay again!

Loved this house! Very clean, up to date and in quiet neighborhood. Nice amenities, like: snacks, coffee, tea, shampoo, soaps and many more. Would DEFINITELY stay here again, and hope to if it's available next summer!

Excellent Home

We stayed at this location after a concert at the Pinnacle Bank arena. It was extremely easy to Uber to and from the event. The house is very nice and has everything you need for a perfect stay.

This house was located convenient to downtown and UNL. If you’re without a car, it is easy to get around via bus or Lyft. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was gracious and very .responsive. If I were staying in Lincoln again, I’d be happy to stay here.

Very accommodating and clean! Wish there was a better entrance into the house. Parking in the back and then having to walk all the way around on the grass made carrying luggage n harder

This property lacks for nothing!

This property lacks for nothing! Excellent location, high quality aesthetic, and thoughtful little touches make it feel like you're in a home away from home. From the fuzzy blankets on the multiple recliners to the heated bathroom floor and softest towels, this was probably our top rental ever. The owners were responsive and helpful. We had some issues with the electronic lock but were immediately assisted by the owners and provided resolution quickly. We would stay here again and could comfortably bring two more people (we had four). Thank you for a wonderful stay!
