Nice place

Love the tropic isle. Always stay there when in gulf shores. Comfortable place had everything we needed but the floor was dirty. Our feet would get filthy and had to where our shoes when in the condo.

Spring break get away

The condo is in an excellent location. It’s right next to the beach, there are lots of restaurants close, and pool on the property was amazing (clean, warm, and large enough to play in).

Fall getaway

The floors were filthy. Walking from bathroom to kitchen your feet would turn black from the grim on the floors. The sofa was terribly broke down. The view and location were great..wish the condo was maintained better for the price.

Great location!

4 adults stayed in this one bedroom condo on the beach. We used the pull out couch as well as the bunk bed and master bedroom. We used the cabinet under the tv for Extra storage space. The pool was warm and refreshing. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, and the bar height outdoor furniture gave us an amazing view of the beach. Being on the first floor was a plus, because we could use the stairs instead of the elevator!

Spring Break Stay

Beachfront as listing states. Walking distance to the Hangout. Overall not a bad stay. Master bed was clean and comfy. Hallway bunks were not as comfy. Appliances are falling apart and were not clean. I had to plug the burners in to get the stove top to work. Had to go buy a spatula since there was only 1 rusted metal one. Tile floor was cracked in several spots. Bathrooms had been wiped down but there was sand in the bathtub and in the floor. Other reviews I read were great so maybe we just caught it at a bad time.

Outdated and dirty

I would not recommend for long-term stay we are snowbirds and we’re going to stay three months in this condo and ended up not even lasting a month. The condo itself is very outdated. The furniture is very worn out. The bed has a dividend in it from people sleeping in it. The couch you can’t even sit in for more than five minutes because you can feel the springs. There’s no cushion left to it. When I got there, I cleaned the place from top to bottom because it was not clean. The sheets were dirty the vents are black from dust and ocean grim. I doubt the owner of this condo has been there in years because I don’t think they would like the condition that it’s in. earlier in the review we were supposed to be there three months we didn’t even last a month..

Great stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here! We enjoyed how close it was to the pool and could watch our kids from the balcony. We also loved that it was on the first floor and could just take the stairs instead of the elevator. The location was perfect on the beach and close to town. Close enough to walk to restaurants or the store. The condo was very clean. The bathrooms were nice and the water got hot quickly. Not very much water pressure but to be expected. The king size bed was nice but it was very noisy and could use a topper on it. The kids bunk beds in the hall were cute and comfortable but the top bunk has zero railing on it and our daughter fell from it on our last night in the middle of the night. I would suggest putting a railing on it. There wasn’t a dust pan to sweep up sand (might grab one of those for the condo) you could see the beach perfectly and it was only about 20 steps to the beach and had a great wash off station before and after th beach. The pool is very clean and nice to swim in. Parking was easy. Living room furniture was comfortable and plenty of places to sit and eat. The fridge kept everything nice and cool. We enjoyed the cactus cantina and sun liner diner. Circos pizza was also good. The beach was very clean and not over crowded in front of the condo. We would stay here again. Thank you for renting out your nice space!
