The 3 R's
We had a wonderful time here! Diana was exceptional. She was always available and very quick to respond to our questions. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. The view of the lake was beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely stay again!

This is one of the nicest VRBOs that we have stayed in. Exceptionally well furnished and very comfortable with a great pool and lake view. Perfect for a couple or a small family. We would definitely stay again.

The view from the back patio is worth the stay ALONE!
We loved this house! It was in a super quiet subdivision, had a phenomenal view from the back porch, private pool and having a whole house to yourselves is the way to vacation! Will stay again and hope you do too! The hostess was great to communicate with, HIGHLY recommend staying here. We will again.

Very Relaxing
The house was very clean. The check-in process was extremely smooth. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the ducks and birds every morning while drinking our morning coffee. The pool was very nice. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful view
House has beautiful view of Lake Christina behind house. Quiet neighbourhood. We we're there for 5 weeks and enjoyed the lake view every night. We barely saw the neighbours. Lots of birds for entertainment. Would definitely recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is absolutely gorgeous!! Everything about our stay was perfect. Diana is such a wonderful host. Very communicative and even gave us suggestions on things to do in the area! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Just Right!
This rental is exactly as described! Diana and David are great hosts- friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Located in a quiet neighborhood with lovely view off the lanai.the location was perfect for us- close to beaches and places we wanted to go. The house was very clean, well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and we loved the shower. This is a great place to stay and can't recommend it highly enough.

The 3 R’s For Sure
Right from the start we knew we would enjoy this property. Looking at the pictures and then seeing that they were exactly as shown was great. We spent days there just relaxing and enjoying the views and sun. Waking up to sunrises every day just starts your day the right way. The best compliment I can give is that we want to come back at some time. Diana corresponded at the right time before our stay and then we felt very comfortable communicating while there although we never had to. Just a thank you message when leaving.

What's not to love about this place?
Needed a chill out place for a week and a half. What we got was, as we say in the UK, 'exactly what it says on the tin'. Beautiful view all day long over the lake. Wildlife for entertainment! Great beaches and parks nearby if you want a trip out. The 3 'Rs' is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, as far as we are concerned a great find.

Great space for R & R. Everything as noted on the Web. Much appreciated ease of entry, etc. Owners very responsive to messages. Would recommend bedside lamps in the bedrooms - hard to read with overhead lights. Kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for a great (albeit short) vacation. Too bad it was very cold - but we are from Canada so anything was better than snow.

The property was clean, comfortable and as described. Communication with Diana was very prompt and she was most accommodating. Amenities were plentiful and met our needs during our 2 week stay. May vacation stay.
We were very happy with our choice.The home was very nice and meet all our needs.Very clean and well stocked with supplies. We especially liked our bed and the pillow options available. May seem like a small thing but for me with a bad neck it was great.We have stayed in other VRBOs and this was the closest to matching our expectations.A outstanding feature was the houses pool area. The neighborhood was quiet and shopping was convenient. Diana was great. We communicated well and she was pleasant to deal with. We rate this home and experience 5 star and would definitely return to this booking.

Relaxing with a few issues
We booked this place in the hopes to have a relaxing family vacation. We looked forward to enjoying the beautiful view while in the pool. Sadly the pool had too many maintenance issues during our stay. Our amazing host Diana was very responsive and attempted to correct the situation. She was an absolute great host. Also, the garage was not usable and felt this should have been mentioned in the description. For these reasons we gave it 3 out of 5 stars.

Nice house, but....
The home and location by the lake was wonderful. A few minor items (broken door handle, rattling ac vent, light fixture hanging down from ceiling, animal droppings in kitchen) were discussed and some dealt with quickly. One item, the reason we picked this home, is the swimming pool. It was not usable during our stay. It was cloudy with algae. The pool man did come when asked, but the real issue was the pool's pumping system. We spent parts of four days trying to slowly sweep the algae to the bottom drain that has a very poor draw. And the owners didn't seem too worried about anything.
