Overall a great stay!

We rented this house for a company retreat. It was generally very clean. The bedroom in the outdoor studio had a few spots that were not pristine- thus the removal of one star. The bedrooms were comfortable. The wifi is a little spotty- but adequate for a vacation. The pool heater was broken when we arrived, but fixed quickly and the property managers were very accomidating. Overall very happy and would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this property. Is was spacious and clean. Very close to restaurants and really anything we needed during our stay. Management was very accomodating and responded promptly to our requests. Would definitely rent from them again.

Everything Great, but

The place is gorgeous: grand entrance, elegant sweeping living room and dining areas, stunning backyard and pool (after cleaning), comfortable bed and bathrooms...but the "casita" is a big problem. We were 4 old high school friends meeting up for the first time in years. The woman who agreed to stay in the "casita" was very unhappy: the bed did not have a top sheet; the screen door didn't budge (broken); there was a broken shade so that light poured in early; the a/c was noisy, the heater, old; the TV didn't work; the bathroom was tiny and shower doors flimsy so that water seeped onto the floor; no way to lock the door to the unit.In her words: "I don't know if there is any way to rectify the discomfort I felt for the 3 nights I slept there. However, I would like other people to be aware of this, and I believe no one should stay in this unit unless they make the appropriate and necessary improvements." It would also be nice if they made the bed properly! I think the house should be advertised more accurately as 3 bedrooms with rustic ADU so that people know what to expect.

Coachella Weekend

The house was an amazing stay for my friends, family, and I during our Coachella trip. The pool and backyard were wonderful to relax in during the day. I loved everything about staying here.

Lovely house with a retro ambiance

We had a great stay: The entire family loved the spacious house with 4 bedrooms and the kids loved the backyard with the cozy pool. We had a problem with the pool heating system but Jeremy was very responsive and managed to solve the problem.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway!

Such a great stay! The house was everything we needed for our group! Easy location to downtown! Perfect backyard for relaxing both day and night! Jeremy could not have been easier to communicate with! He answered all our questions promptly and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for!

Classic Palm Springs

Wonderful layout with the most enchanting and well groomed yard. Surrounded by mature trees, the garden beckons you into the space with fireplace, lounge chairs, heated pool and cabana. You can tell this home was lovingly cared for and I am sure the owner had many loving memories here

Palm Springs

Overall, we had a really nice stay at this home. The backyard is lovely - great pool and an even better view. The house has plenty of space, and the kitchen was stocked with enough cookware/utensils for our group. I would say that on the surface, the place looks great; however, if you look more deeply, it needs a lot of maintenance/updating. For the price we paid, I would not have expected that. Regardless, the house met all of our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed the yard space and our time there.

Great getaway house

Our family of four rented this house for three nights over the Easter weekend. The house was very, very clean, and was well stocked for our needs. We ate in every morning and cooked one dinner at the house, and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable, and we got a good night's sleep. The pool was great, it was a decent size, and was quite deep in the deep end, probably over 7'. The pool area had some nice loungers and shade provided by either patio cover, umbrellas, or a fixed canopy over a set of furniture. There was a nice grand piano in the foyer that our daughter played several times, and it sounded lovely. The house is located well, just off of the 111 and S. Sunrise, so it was reasonable close to things. We had a nice view of the Bob Hope House, and the surrounding hills from the back of the house, and from the backyard, you could overlook not only the pool, but the snow capped San Jacinto Mountains. Be advised that there are strict rules about noise in both the yard, or eminating from the house after 10pm, I believe it was. We had no problems, but it is something to be aware of, depending on your party and your intentions with your stay. We had a great experience at this property, and would be happy to rent the house again.
