Cozy, quiet cottage close to downtown! Pet friendly!
This adorable well-maintained home is fully furnished with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room has a 65" tv, record player, books, and cozy furniture including a fold-out bed. Our home has a large yard and is pet friendly, although animals cannot be left outside unattended as the yard is not completely fenced. Downtown Grass Valley is just a few blocks away where you can find great food, wine, shopping and entertainment. Let us know if you need recommendations for swimming holes and hiking trails, we are lucky to live in such a beautiful area and happy to share. We live right next door and want to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible!
