We had an awesome time at our stay here in Mendocino. The property was so close to everything and was nice and cozy for our family to enjoy. It was easy to set up and use, there were no problems we encountered. We would definitely recommend to others. thanks so much for a wonderful weekend.
We enjoyed our three nights at this clean, well-stocked and comfy house in a quiet neighborhood just north of Mendocino and close to a few beaches and a lovely state park. The fireplace, hot tub, and BBQ were highlights.
We enjoyed a break from responsibilities. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent hours relaxing in the living room and out on the deck. It was terrific.
Pat was a wonderful host, very good communication and so helpful with all of my questions. The house was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the location and how close it was to the state park and the beach.
The house was perfect for us, the beds were comfortable, and towels were soft and thick. We appreciated that the property manager arranged to have a pack-and-play for us. BUT, there were cobwebs (and spiders) everywhere when we arrived, and the 2nd day there was a termite infestation that ruined our enjoyment of our stay.
The property has a lot of space. We were a party of 7 but it could easily accommodate more, 8 in separate rooms but another 4 on sofa beds in shared space. The location is good. Easy to walk in to Russian gulch national park and a short drive to Mendocino or the mendocino woods.
Some of the fixtures and fittings are starting to look a bit old. The dishwasher is past its best, the faucet in the kitchen stuck whilst we were there and some of the bed linen could do with renewing but we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
Plenty of room for three couples and two dogs. The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the location great: close to Mendocino and Ft. Bragg.
I loved the location and unique floor plan. This house was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was there. It could use some updating, especially the flooring, but that did not interfere with our positive experience.
The house was perfect for two families...4 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is the perfect distance from downtown Mendocino. We would definitely book it again!
Great location, the hot tub and stairs were a big hit with the kids, the adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. Very comfortable place to stay with plenty of rooms to sleep in.
We loved the property plenty of room for everyone. We were informed before our stay that the microwave didn’t work. Someone from property management brought us a counter model. Really appreciate that extra attention. Will definitely be returning!
The house is spacious with bedrooms on three levels, so there was plenty of room for our family of nine to spread out. There’s a hot tub in the backyard. The house is centrally. Located to lots of great beaches, the Skunk train, and other activities in the area

High Fees, Self Cleaning
House is ok, old as is most homes in Mendocino. It is not as close to the beach as advertised, you have to drive. Property owner demands to know your home address which I have never seen with other properties. The cleaning fee is above average for a typical rental property but yet they require you to clean when you leave, empty all the trash and do the laundry. If I pay that much for cleaning I expect them to clean the property! Then they also charge a large fee for something they don't describe? Not worth the cost. I've stayed at better places for less in Mendocino.
We really enjoyed spending the holidays together in this beautiful home. It was very comfortable and well stocked with games! A huge storm blew through and we lost power but the fireplace kept us cozy and warm.
