We enjoyed our stay, we came down for a day of Summerfest and meeting friends in 3rd Ward. Location was great as we were able to walk everywhere. Our 1st night we were able to enjoy the Old 3rd World area just along the same block before our day at the festival. Just note the onsite parking is not inexpensive, $25 per day and you need to keep extending it if you are staying multiple days. Otherwise the apt was clean, well equipped and quiet. Thank you

Milwaukee stay
The arrival information was not given to us until 11am the day I was arriving to the apartment. I had contacted the host over chat through the VRBO app and got no response multiple times. I had to call the host the morning of my stay to get information which I was then told by the host my stay was not confirmed by VRBO to him. He said he would reach out to VRBO to confirm and then send me arrival information. I contacted VRBO because I wasn’t convinced I would get a response from the host and VRBO said they never were contacted from the host so VRBO contacted the host directly and then I was sent arrival information. On arrival to the apartment it reeked of weed. There was minimal amenities present. There was only towels in the bathroom without any hand soap, no cutting board, 4 cups, etc. No cleaning supplies were present other than dishwasher soap. On departure, host was contacted with issues in the apartment like a broken glass and a burn on the table to let them know it was from a previous stay and received no response even though I was told by the host to contact with any issues to receive a 5 star review. I would not stay here again because it was more work for me to get information than worth the price.
