Good location

Small apartment great for just a couple. In a nice location close to the public market and downtown riverwalk. Great place to stay!

Cancelled day of event due to double booking us

I messaged them 3 days before the stay for check-in information with no follow up whatsoever and then messaged me and 11:30 the day of our stay that they were cancelling due to a double booking. Completely derailing our morning and added a couple levels of stress to our travel. Would not recommend, horrible response from the host as well

Wouldn’t recommend

Location and place were good for the price. The issue is that all the streets were shut down due to a large political event for 4 days and we were not allowed to access the rental. As a result, we were forced to find another room in a different part of town halfway through our stay. I understand that this event was not the fault of the owner but it was not my fault either. The owner of this rental would not refund my money and I was charged full price after having to evacuate the rental 2 days early. The communication with the owner was not helpful and whenever you asked him a question he would simply respond with “let me speak to my team and I’ll get back with you”. He never provided me with a solid answer about issues that we had.
