About this property

Spacious & Modern Home w/ 4BD & 2BA

This charming house is located just 5 minutes away from the Pensacola Airport, 15 minutes away from our lively downtown, and 20 minutes away from Pensacola's white sandy beaches! The mall is just about 10 minutes away with many stores and restaurants.

You will have access to the whole property. There are four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are newly renovated. Both the master bedroom and the living room are equipped with brand new Roku TVs. There is a game room with a foosball table. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and appliances. Additionally, there is complimentary coffee and tea for your pleasure.

Check in will be through a keypad. The driveway can fit one to two vehicles, and street parking is available. Please note that the garage access is unavailable.

There is an onsite security camera outside being monitored for the safety of our guests and neighbors. There are no security cameras inside of the property.

Spectacular

Very nice home. Spacious but a few more furniture pieces would have been welcomed. A chair and table or dresser in each bed room. It was my rental but I didn't occupy the master suite. I had no place to place my lotions and feminine items... perfume etc I would request this property in the future. Thank you, Luvenia C. Tucker

Nice and clean with plenty of room

Last minute beach trip with family. House was plenty big for a family oh 8. Clean and comfortable. Host replied to messages immediately. Would stay here again.

Well stocked, clean, quiet and in a great location

We are very thankful to have stayed here at this home while visiting Pensacola Christian College. Ms. Alyssa was informative and helpful, the check in was smooth. The home was well stocked with blankets, towels, coffee and any cleaning amenities if we needed with the availability of the washer dryer. The location was great and quiet and the home was very neat, thankyou to the cleaning crew. We would stay again if in the area. Thank-you so much again.

Quiet but close to everything

The neighborhood was quiet and a few minutes from all the stores and restaurants. Just a short drive and you are at the beach! The beds were comfy and plenty of hot water for 7ppl to shower back to back. Definitely would stay here again.

Volleyball Tournament stay

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the University of West Florida. The home wasn’t far from the location of the university. It was comfortable for everyone. We would stay again.
