Summary:
Welcome to your UP Retreat complete with hot tub! This beautiful home sits in the heart of big snow country, that has an annual snow falls averaging around 217 inches a year. You are only a short drive to 3 different ski hills and only 30 seconds away from Snowmobile and ORV Trail #2! The summer months are good for hiking, mt. biking, ATV trails, waterfalls, swimming and plenty of wildlife to see and multiple lakes close by to visit!
The Space:
This home has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 1 bathroom. 1 bedroom is located on the 1st floor and the other 3 and bathroom are on second floor. Please note that there are a few steps up into the home and a set of stairs to get to the second floor.
We offer a fully stocked kitchen with every time of pot/pan or baking dish, spices, a full coffee bar set up and large outdoor propane grill.
We have a large living room that opens to the dining room, so there is plenty of space to entertain, cook dinner, hang out and still all be connected.
Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire home! We offer self check in, using a smart lock on the front door.
The Neighborhood:
The Trailside Retreats are located just outside of Wakefield, near the Ramsey neighborhood.
Getting Around:
The UP is a very spread out area, so you will need a car or truck to get around, however this property is located on Trail #2, which connects Wakefield - Bessemer - Ironwood - Hurley, so it's very easy to get around using a recreational vehicle as well.

This is not a pet-friendly property. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fee.

As a family of five, we started coming up to Blackjack and Indianhead Mountains in 2016. Our family loved it so much we decided we wanted a place of our own and decided to but. We wanted something, we could come up to and have it feel like home. We also wanted something that our kids can enjoy as they get older.
Why they chose this property
We seen this property and knew it was for us. With 4 bedrooms it was the perfect space. With a few updates inside and a new deck and hot-tub we knew it would be a hit . As a fire and water restoration contractor, there will be things that I will do to make a great property, even better over time.
What makes this property unique
This house is unique in the fact that is has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, still with a cozy home feel. We hope you come to our house and enjoy the comfort and relaxation that we feel when coming here.
