This rental property was just like the pictures. Very clean and bright. The home has everything you would need for a stay with a very good starter pack of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The home has pretty much any appliance you might need and has both a Mr Coffee type coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. I really enjoyed that the whole home had laminate flooring throughout which I find makes the home much more sanitary. It wasn’t listed in the home description, but for those interested, the bedroom set up is a queen sized bed room and a king sized bedroom on the second floor while the third floor has the king master suite and a 2 twin bedroom. The home does have high ceilings which means a lot of stairs but it gives the home more space. The one downfall we found with the home, which is nothing against the owner or the rental itself, but the material the home is made from as well as how the neighborhood is designed, you can hear the neighbors at all hours of the day, even when they are having regular volume conversations by the pool. I believe quite hours at the neighborhood are 11pm-7am so if you are an earlier riser and someone who goes to be early, this may be a problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owner was fantastic. A plus is that you can see the Epcot fireworks from a distance from the top floor balcony.

perfect girls trip location!

Property was clean & had everything you’d ever need (seriously was the most prepared rental I’ve ever stayed in!) The pool/hot tub were perfect. The bedrooms were great, all of them with their own bathrooms. Communication was thorough and prompt. Will definitely be back again!

Great Alternative to Disney

It was so nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day at the parks. The place was clean & it looked like a professional decorated it. The best part is that the price is a steal compared to the Disney hotels!

Our stay at Margaritaville Cottages

We had a wonderful visit. We have rented the cottages through Rentyl several times and always had an issue with cleanliness and issues on the property. This time we decided to try booking using VRBO and I have to say I was super impressed with how clean the cottage was. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I was very comfortable when I arrived. Everything was clean. The bathrooms were spotless, the bed linens were very clean, floors were even clean. No complaints. It is a dog friendly house and you would never know dogs have been in this cottage. The owner of the property is super friendly and very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy with no issues. They have a large area fenced in outback around the pool so the dogs enjoyed that. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked. It had everything you could need. All of the appliances were clean and worked well. We don’t like eating out every day when we are on vacation so having the large kitchen was nice. There is a nice promenade about a mile walking distance from the cottage with several restaurants, an arcade and lots of other stuff. The cottage is also close to Disney and universal. The margaritaville cottage area is also quiet which is nice. I give it 5 stars! My family had a great visit! :)

Margaritaville vaca

I recently stayed at this beautiful Vrbo house for a family vacation, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living room, and the comfortable beds in each room. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely patio and private pool with a hot tub. The location was perfect—close to local shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to Disney. We enjoyed exploring the area and coming back to this peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for our stay. His attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. Beautiful cottage in central Florida location

Well kept property that was the perfect location for family and friends to have their own space and bathroom. Quiet resort. We discovered the back route to avoid the busy highway and were in and out of Disney parks in under 20 minutes. Chris was great to work with. Previous guests had damaged couple things and he was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at his properties.

Pleasant Stay

The house was clean and ready with essentials upon arrival. The property owner was very communicative, advised me of things to be aware of in the house and was responsive to any questions. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise. This was one of the nicer houses we’ve stayed in at Margaritaville, would def stay again!

Lovely vacation

Christian forgot to heat the pool on time...but corrected that. Towels were an issue (<1 per guest) but he also corrected that issue. A towel rack & TP holder were off the walls but we were able to work around that. Notice 1/2 of the bedrooms require 34 steps for those with bad knees. Most every kitchen item needed was provided, including a blender! We left functional floats for the pool, others were moldy & punctured.

Disney trip!

Everything was PERFECT!! Chris was so easy to work with and answered all my pre-trip questions promptly. It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked; every pan, measuring cup or pot I needed was covered. The house was very clean and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. We left trying to figure out when we could come back and stay at the house again 😊

The perfect solution...

We stayed at this beautiful property just 20 minutes from the Magic Kingdom. The community is beautiful and so is the house/cottage. Everything in the unit is updated and the layout is perfect for families. We brought our adult children, so each of us having our own bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The pool and spa are great after a long day at the park. Unfortunately the spa never heated up enough (apparently it stops at 110 degrees), however, it felt like it was in the 90's at the highest. That was a bit of a bummer, as we were all excited about relaxing in the spa. Our host was very responsive and we got all the information in advance. Everything was generally perfect except I felt that the house could have be cleaner. We noticed that our bathrooms especially needed attention. I think there could be better attention to detail. Also, bath towels were at a minimum. They do provide, but quality was low and if you're looking for wash cloths there isn't many. I thought this was the perfect solution for our family who didn't want the craziness of a Disney Resort plus the high price tags that comes along with it. We had all the comforts of a home, in close proximity to the parks, and the flexibility to do things on our own time.

On the Margaritaville resort, there is a main large lobby with plenty of seating, a business center, convenient store, bars and restaurants, the Margaritaville retail store, walking trails and ponds, Barkarittaville (a dog park) and a resort spa.

Sunset walk, which is also on the resort, includes an arcade, Movie Theatre Grill, H2O waterpark, several restaurants, Coffee shop, a Candy store, retail stores, souvenir shops, nail salon, a giant slingshot ride, along with events and live music on select nights.

You can rent bicycles, as well as peddle golf carts if you don't want to walk.
There are multiple Playgrounds around if your kids want to run around.

Other things close by: Formosa Garden winery, Target, Five below, Super Walmart, a massage parlor, TJ max, Ulta and many more shops and restaurants.
