The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Quite Disappointed. When we entered the property, there was a an odor that indicated that it had been fumigated (don't know for what). That lasted about 5 days and the doors to all the rooms were sticky, like they had been sprayed. The second bedroom had a hole in the ceiling drywall and when it rained, it leaked which caused all of my business papers to become soaked AND my laptop was ruined. The dishwasher was not secure so whenever we opened it, you had to hold it so it wouldn't fall forward. The bathroom toilet in the second bedroom had to be repaired (at my expense). We had to add water to the washing machine every time we washed clothes as it only filled to a small load. Last but not least, there was no hair dryer, no broom, no laundry basket and no extra blankets. Usually when we rent, there are beach chairs at our rental. Two were there, but rusted out and in bad shape, so be purchased new ones. On the positive side, the front porch was screened and perfect for our puppy to review the neighbor and for us to relax. The location was awesome as well. We did contact Benchmark and they supplied us with a hair dryer, a broom and an extra blanket.
