A lovely three-bedroom, two-bath condominium; newly constructed with all new furnishings and appliances. This condominium is located near downtown Lincoln and across the street from Loon Mountain Ski Area's South Peak trail system and Timbertown lift.

Enter this vacation home to the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Relax and enjoy the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace that starts with just the flip of a switch. Off the living area is the primary bedroom with a queen bed, a television, and a large primary bath including his and hers sinks, a stand-alone shower, and a separate tub. Down a short hall are the remaining two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the second with two sets of bunk beds) and a full shared bath.

This condominium, South Peak Resort 1A, offers membership to the Mountain Club on Loon Swim and Fitness Center offering an indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, and exercise room.

Access to the South Peak Community Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit. Please note grilling is not allowed on South Peak Resort Decks or Patios. Grilling is allowed only on the community gas grill located near the South Peak outdoor hot tub. No personal grills are allowed.

The living room could use more lighting, a stand-up lamp and light under ceiling fan. Disposal didn't work and had an odor. The sinks in master bath were slow to drain and several lights throughout the property were burned out. Overall, a very nice place.

Spring Break Getaway

My group and I have a fantastic stay at this luxurious and cozy South Peak unit. From the large kitchen, to the roaring fireplace and large bright windows, this unit was the absolute perfect place to come home to after a day on Loon Mountain. The location truly cannot be beat, and the views looking out to the forest and the sound of the Pemigewasset River absolutely soothe your soul. The unit was well stocked, in great condition, and extremely clean. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

This condo is located conveniently in Lincoln! You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and riverside…. Perfect for white mountain getaway. Unit is large and well equipped. Highly recommend!

2nd time stay

We enjoyed staying in this condo because it’s location and fits eight people comfortably. I’m sure we will stay here again next year. The condo is very clean and cozy.

Excellent location for exploring Franconia Notch area

We are a family with young children and had a great experience during our stay. The condo was a very private, end unit that overlooks the pemi river. A short 5 minute walk down to the river was a fun activity for my boys each night. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds. The bed linens were a bit worn but everything was clean. Our only complaint was the outdated TV. The remote came with 3 pages of frustrating instructions. A smart TV would make a world of difference in this rental. Most families now pay for streaming services and it would have been a welcomed bonus to us if we could have had the ability to cast our services to the TV. I wish I had looked into that before we booked. Overall we were very happy. The condo is very bare-bones, so don't forget even the simple things like cleaners to wipe down the kitchen counter and laundry detergent, because nothing is provided.

But you can’t go wrong with any of the units . Just a note . The 1A condo is the furthest away from the grill and fire pit . So bit of a walk. Also the property owner might want to stock the home with some Tupperware. Having a family in the home we could not locate any Tupperware. But overall wonderful property and would love the opportunity to stay in 1A again.

Perfect Stay!

We had the best time just relaxing at this condo during "mud season." Stayed three nights and upon arrival it was spotless. The vacation manager was so helpful to answer all questions beforehand. It was so nice to get away and the perfect size for our group of 7 with 4 children one, 2 1/2. The bunk room was great for the kids and we loved the first-floor accommodations, with no stairs and to be able to watch the kids outside from the living room or on the patio. The gas fireplace was wonderful for the colder days and the river trail less than 5 minutes from the condo was a great flat walk with great views and fun rocks to play on for the kids. Condo super close to town, making takeout easy if you did not want to cook. The pool is 2.5 miles away so travel by car is necessary for it but was very clean and we were almost the only people using it each time we went! Would absolutely return, great perfect getaway.
