In addition they personally own rental property and manage long-term single family rentals for over 20 years. They have 5 beach houses in St. Augustine available for rent and 3 more short term rentals in Gainesville Florida along with a portfolio of properties they manage in Gainesville/St. Augustine we love serving the vacation rental industry!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is one of my favorites in St. Augustine. The close proximity to the beach nestled within a bunch of rentals make the area user friendly for vacationers. I love the proximity to everything. It's just a short drive to downtown and all the historic parts of St. Augustine but also in one of the best BEACH parts of St. Augustine. Best of Both worlds!

Walking distance to the beach, large house that can be shared by 2 families easily. I love how it has so many bathrooms. It's a comfortable large house
