We really enjoyed our 2-week stay in this cottage at the end Broad Street (right behind Mossy Oaks Elementary school, so it was easy to walk our granddaughter to school there the nights she stayed with us). The house is beautiful, felt very clean, and had great appliances and cookware. The two bedrooms upstairs were comfortable with hood showers/tubs. The TVs Roku worked to mirror our phones, but couldn’t get the Roku guest account to work. Communication with management company was not consistent, but it was around Thanksgiving! We definitely will want to stay here again.
This was a great place to stay for my son graduation for the Marines. Location was very close to the base and all. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting or attending a military ceremony. The grill was very useful for the first night as well for the rest of our stay.
The property was exactly as described. The house was so beautiful, so so clean! This place is probably my favorite place that we have stayed. Everything was just so perfect! Was less than 10 minutes from parris island where my son graduated marine bootcamp. Thank you!
Stayed for three nights for my son’s graduation from bootcamp. Was a short and very easy drive to Parris Island. Close to food and shopping locations. Very cute and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Exactly as described. If I ever have to come back to this area I would Absolutly rent this house again.
This was the nicest house we've rented on our yearly trip to beautiful Beaufort. Took several walks to and down the trail which is paved and lovely. Evenings we sat on the front porch and chatted. Had some family over one night when we cooked fresh shrimp. Kitchen was great. Each bedroom was an en suite. And had TVs. SUPER clean and just well appointed. There were all kinds of spices for cooking which we made use of. Everything worked. It was just something we could take for granted and not even think about anything having to do with the house. Just really nice. Nice neighborhood. Nothing at all to complain about.
As first time visitors to Beaufort, we were initially disappointed to realize we weren't right in town -- but it didn't take long to realize this little house is really in a perfect location, an easy drive to everything we wanted to do, quiet, in a lovely neighborhood that's midway between downtown Beaufort and Port Royal. The house is charming, modern, spotless, comfortable (great bed!), and completely appointed with everything we needed. Loved the kitchen, especially, and sitting on the front porch in the late afternoon as the sun set. We will definitely return!
Very comfortable house; it’s modern, well maintained, & immaculate just as the brochure pictures showed. Suggestions: replace kitchen's sink faucet because motion sensor faucet unnecessary and annoying. Replace erratic light switches in kitchen and dining area. Both bathtubs are dangerously slippery. Should install grab bars. In front of house bedroom, bed frame needs a foam covering to prevent breaking toes.
We spent 6 days at the Broad st. VRBO and enjoyed it's central location. It was about a 10 min walk to the Spanish Moss trail and about 7 min to downtown and the harbor walk. There are many great seafood restaurants within 15 min. Our favorite was Lady's Islan Dockside. The unit was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary appointments available. Everything was as shown on the website. We recommend this home to those considering a stay in Beaufort.
The place was beautiful. Well licated. Everything we needed. Loved our stay. Only thing we would of changed was the bed comfort . They was very firm. To much for us. We prefer a softer bed. They was on the hatd side. Im sure you bought them to last. But they were not comfortable. That would be the only reason we will not stay again. Maybe try foam toppers. If not replacing them.
The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped with every household need. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes from historic downtown area with beautiful homes and cute shops! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
Loved the property. Perfect for us. Home had everything we needed. Due to rain all day we stayed in and cooked Christmas dinner. Thank you for providing such a clean and welcoming place to stay.
Road bikes on the Spanish Mosss Trail which was just a mile from the cottage, took a trip to St. Phillips Island for the day, road bikes through Huntington Island State Park, walked the Cyprus Wetlands trail, fished on private pond and ate flounder that we caught. This cottage was perfect for a weeks vacation in Beaufort. Had relatives that live in Beaufort over for supper and we had all the kitchen ware that we needed. Tidewater Reality was very attentive when contacted.
Biked the Mossey Oak Trail most days. Took two day trips to Hilton Head. A day in Charleston for historic carriage ride. Did the carriage ride in Beaufort and it was excellent. Spent a lot of time on the waterfront. Spent a day at Paris Island……great museum. Two weeks went by quickly. Wished for more time in Beaufort.
We loved our stay here. It had all we needed. We traveled with friends and we also had our two year old with us. The closet was big enough that we could put her pack n play in there, and we just kept the door slightly open for ventilation. The place was very clean & close to a lot of restaurants. Would highly recommend! Decorated very well too :)
My husband and I had a lovely stay. The house is decorated beautifully and is spotless. The beds are very comfortable. The dishes, pots, & pans are very durable.I love the fine touches of leaving spices, detergent, and games. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Beaufort.
My son is a Marine stationed at MCAS. This was a great house for us to stay at for the weekend. It was super clean, very well appointed and equipped. Location made it easy to get to many areas quickly. We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend for families coming down for graduation at Parris Island! Would definitely stay here again!
