Good location, poor hosting
Pros:-Great location for exploring by foot or using the subway-Kitchenette is convenient for when you’re tired of eating outCons:-Unit is an attic, so there is a six-story walk up. No elevator. Rough for carrying bags and after a long day of sightseeing.-Little-to-no insulation, so it was very cold in December. (Probably wouldn’t be a problem in spring or early fall). One wall unit in the living room for heat/AC, so we had to sleep out there instead of the bedroom.-Host was incredibly unprofessional. She was out of the country and did not want to help us with issues. Referred us to an unlisted “co-host” via WhatsApp. This person seemed to live in the same building but never met with us to resolve our issues.Overall, our main complaint is that the unit was not sufficiently heated for hosting guests in the winter, and the host was rude and unhelpful.We would not stay there again, but would look for a different accommodation in the same area because the location was great.
