Quiet and bright 872 square foot stand alone guesthouse, access off the alley, steps to the public golf course and public transportation, close to the University of Texas and major hospitals. Short drive to downtown Austin’s restaurants and music venues.
Walk to excellent coffee, fancy cheese, fine dining and decent Mexican food.
Complete kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge and freezer. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, dishtowels and soap provided.
The bedroom and full bathroom featuring a luxury shower are up the stairs from the kitchen/living area and half bathroom. Each floor has A/C and heat controls.
