Located in Bertioga, Guataratuba Beach, Costa do Sol Condominium (24 hours security), entrance after Km 202 of Rio-Santos Highway (beach side). Townhouse, well ventilated, is 50m from the beach entrance. Sleeps up to 14 people. WIFI available. On the first floor: 4 directories, 2 bathrooms and balcony overlooking the square (front) and Beach (left side) and the Sierra on the right side. On the ground floor we have: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living room, kitchen, laundry area, 2 car garage, free area between house and townhouse, and in the house we have 1 bathroom, table and benches, barbecue and beach utensils (chairs , umbrella, mats, beach carts, gazebo, ombrellone). It has good supply infrastructure nearby. House has 192m2 of construction and 300m2 of land, all walled.

Foram dias incríveis

Adorei tudo, desde a nossa chegada até o dia do até logo. Foram 4 dias maravilhosos em familia. Apesar das fotos do anuncio serem de 2009, bastante tempo néh!? a casa esta exatamente igual. rsrs Um ponto que me impressionou bastante: Limpeza da casa (Parabéns para Jucileide). A localização é ótima, somente alguns passos do mar. Quintal espaçoso, churrasqueira e todos os utensílios a disposição. Com certeza voltarei!

Ótima localização

O imóvel é muito fiel as fotos do anúncio. É uma construção mais antiga, como se pode ver nas fotos, mas é bastante espaçoso, tem todos os utensílios domésticos e acessórios de praia, além de ser muito bem localizado. Passamos dias muito agradáveis na casa e a proximidade da praia foi um diferencial para nosso conforto e comodidade!

Imóvel dentro das descrições muito próximo ao mar, coube todas as 14 pessoas.

Gostamos muito do imóvel, localização muito boa, espaçosa, estava limpa quando chegamos, tem cadeiras e sombrinhas pra levar pra praia. Os ventiladores de teto deixam um pouco a desejar, não ventilam direito sendo necessário usar outros, que tem na casa inclusive. Gostei muito e pretendo voltar!

Local maravilhoso

Imóvel é exatamente como mostram as fotos e é descrita. Apesar de não ter ar condicionado, a casa é fresca e arejada e tem diversos ventiladores, inclusive de teto, 2 geladeiras e um freezer. A casa dispõe de equipamento de praia como vários Guarda Sol, várias cadeiras, carrinhos de praia, barraca tipo Gazebo de 3x3m, etc. Muito prático para curtir a praia. Pessoalmente não me agradou que os banheiros não tenham box, mas cortinas. O Proprietário se comunica sempre com presteza e eficiência. Pode confiar!
