Disappointed in the ‘newly updated OV ‘ condo- will not use again
If decor from the 1980’s is updated🤷🏼♀️- The lanai is one of the few very tiny ones in this complex- and virtually unusable because of the air conditioner. The air conditioner for the main living space vents onto the lanai-it puts off so much heat and noise you cannot sit on the lanai. The air conditioner does a very poor job of cooling!! Hence you need to leave it on otherwise you loose the little cooling you did get. We used two fans to help but still felt it was horribly inefficient.
The drapes, furniture and wall hangings all look to be from the 1980’s. The walls need a fresh coat of paint to brighten the dinginess! We would have preferred tile to the carpet simply because then we would be able to tell if it was clean- and it would have been cooler. The king size bed was overly soft- the kind where you roll into the other person!-
The OV ( ocean view) is at best a very partial view!
Overall I would definitely NOT recommend this place- There are many other - nicer- better maintained places to stay!!!
The property manager was very easy to work with!
