Stunning sugar-white sand. Beautiful turquoise water. Gorgeous view for miles. Who wouldn’t want to spend their vacation on Navarre Beach, FL, especially when you can stay in this absolutely incredible 3BR/3BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 11th floor of Navarre Towers. The condo has absolutely spectacular views of the Gulf and surrounding area.

Incredible expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico from two balconies as well as from inside the unit in the living spaces and two Master suites!

This lovely appointed large condo (Unit 1104) has incredible views from the sliding glass doors which showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The condo can comfortably sleep 8 guests:

King bed in the master. (2 guests)
King bed in second master. (2 guests)
Third bedroom: Queen with twin trundle. Twin pull out couch. (4 guests)

Mattresses are organic, eco-friendly!

The 3 full beautiful bathrooms are ideal for large families!

The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table offers a beautiful view of the Gulf and island. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

The living room also has a wet bar with another sink and drinks fridge.

The on-site fitness room is the perfect place to keep up with your fitness routine.

Navarre Towers offers a pool, sports courts and an outdoor grilling area.

Parking is available in the complex lot. The parking spaces are not designated.

The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Navarre Tower.

You are close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards.

Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site.

This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Property Manager

The condo was beautiful and had all of the amenities. Property manager company was horrible. First night I got locked out from the beach gate with no response. I had to walk along the highway to gain access to the property from the front. The lamps in the condo also didn't work, I reported both to the managing company. I did hear from them the next day, they fixed the lights and apparently they had the code to get off the beach fixed (with a piece of paper telling everyone the code to get in), and let me know that the pool had a leak and was closed. On the third day in the morning one of the fire alarms (hallway near the master suite) kept going off. My kids were sleeping yet it took over an hour for the management company to come and change out the batteries (have texts that confirm). Thursday there were fire alarm checks that came as announcements for at least two hours. At one point they were using the system to ask that an employee report to the area where they could check the system. On Friday, after "all batteries were replaced in the fire alarms", the one by the master suite started going off again. I reset it, called the management company, and texted. Repeatedly. I got a reply that I was being disrespectful and that if I continued they would not send anyone over until my check out time the following day (have texts documenting).

Great Condo, good number of amenities.

Beautiful Condo, great view, storage closet full of beach chairs and toys for the grandkids. We were there for a wedding and several people from our party stayed in the same building and didn't have any beach stuff available to them, including even towels and flip flops (slippers) for our use.

Our rental was very clean and the host always responded quickly to any questions or concerns

When you visit Navarre try Bella Luna Italian restaurant it was delicious. If you want a great fishing experience use Lucky Chuckies Had a great time

Amazing Stay!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It was super clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The view was absolute perfection. The building is very well maintained. The only annoying thing was that the beach chair/umbrella vendor takes up all the beach space directly in front of the property, but that's no reflection of this unit. We will definitely be back!

Peace of paradise

This condo was the best we've ever stayed in. No waiting on elevators, great gift basket, all the necessities we needed including the outside closet stocked with all beach needs. Navarre has the most beautiful water. Definitely a peaceful vacation.

Amazing property

I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. These hosts have accommodated for every detail of your stay. Their storage closet has a plethora of beach toys, chairs, and tools. We borrowed their wagon to lug our stuff down every day. The trip down to the water and back was very short and do-able with two whiny kids and a bunch of crap :) There is a bathroom in the pool area that’s not a bad walk from the beach either. The views from this listing were beautiful. High enough in the building to get a great view of water conditions, but not too high to hear the waves and feel the sea air. Just a gorgeous place that we’d love to visit again sometime!

Beautiful beach condo!

This was our first time coming to Navarre and it did not disappoint. We usually stay in Destin, but wanted to try something different. We absolutely loved this condo! It was spacious, clean, beautiful and the views from the balconies were stunning! It had all the things needed for a comfortable stay. This beach is less busy than Destin, making it a little more relaxing. We loved our visit and can’t wait to return!

Peaceful Beach Getaway

We had a lovely time at this property. Easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the little details, such as the welcome basket and plenty of cleaning supplies. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

This is the second year we have stayed at this property and have no complaints. The property is very well kept. Beds are so comfortable. Property owner provides beach towel and chairs as well as most anything else you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Experience!

This is the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in! The views are amazing and it is so clean and well designed. Well apportioned (kitchen, baths, towels, supplies) and absolutely spotless! The best part is the personal touches from RMI. Welcome packages, spare flip-flops, and easy, hassle-free check-in check-out just made the difference here. Home Away From Home

This is a very nice 3 BR Condo. The updates have been tastefully done and there is plenty of seating in the family area. The 2 Master Bedrooms are both very spacious and the bathrooms and closets are roomy and comfortable. We will definitely be returning in The near future.

Amazing stay!

We were blown away by all of the thoughtful touches that this condo provided. The beds were so comfortable, the furnishings were all great and clean and the decor felt new and stylish. They made every effort to make our stay awesome. From the welcome basket with popcorn, sewing kit, etc to the basket of flip-flops and the stocked storage closet and beach towels, the whole thing said “Welcome to the Beach! We are glad you’re here and we want you to relax and enjoy yourself!” They did so many small things that I can’t even think to mention. We were so impressed. I wish every condo owner could walk through this place and see how things should be done! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Condo

I am 65 years old. I have stayed in many beach condos throughout my life and this was the best one ever! Very comfortable and spacious! So many extras provided. They think of everything you could possibly need and provide it! They even give you a guest gift basket filled with goodies! Our family really enjoyed the closet outside the front door with the beach wagon, sand toys, chairs, umbrella, floats and all the things!!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Perfect Peace of Paradise!

This is our 2nd year staying in this unit. We enjoyed our stay both times! It accommodated our family perfectly. The views are amazing!!! Our home-away-from-home for the week was just what we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed the two oceanfront balconies & loved the high quality furnishings! Great vacation condo

The condo was so nice and clean. It was perfectly located on the beach. We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins in the morning. Large bedrooms with a spacious master suite and numerous amenities were included for the beach.

Beautiful condo with so many extras

What a gorgeous updated condo. It had everything we needed and more - updated kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful bar area with mini fridge , comfortable outdoor furniture, and management included so many awesome welcome surprises! There is access to the owners closet as well with many conveniences like beach cart, chairs , and toys. We’ve stayed at many condos at Navarre Towers over the years and agreed that this is one of our favorites.
