Welcome home to this updated Columbus Circle one-bedroom, one-bathroom
apartment. The apartment opens up into an updated kitchen, featuring
stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. The open concept
kitchen and living area is the perfect place to unwind after a busy
day. The bedroom in the front of the apartment overlooks Ninth Avenue
and receives plenty of natural light. Other highlights include the
in-unit washer and dryer, as well as the updated kitchen. This
apartment may be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your move-in
date.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
