The 1 bedroom apartment is close to everything being centrally situated in the Dubai Marina. With convenient proximity to the beach, shopping centers and the beachside boulevards; the area includes the Dubai Marina Mall, with a large cinema, eateries, and shops making it easy to plan your visit. Also the Marina Walk offers outdoor seating with gorgeous views overlooking the water.

In the heart of the Dubai Marina and just a 10 minute walk to JBR Beach. The tram is just outside the building which takes you in minutes to the DMCC train station accessing you to everything from the Expo to the Burj Khalifa.

Guests have free use of the gym, pool and other amenities.

Very open and modern space with living room, huge kitchen, powder room, large bedroom with private bath and two balconies over looking the beautiful Dubai Marina!

You are in the heart of everything. Most places on the Marina you can walk. But transportation is also near! The Tram is just outside the building which takes you to the train. You can also get anywhere by taxi in 20 minutes.

That disappointing, we left early

On arrival the Apartment did not appear to have been cleaned or prepared properly. The shower didn't work and the towel rack was broken in the ensuite. The cupboards in the kitchen and bedroom were hanging off and the rugs were filthy. These were rectified within the first few weeks but our holiday was ruined by having to wait in for maintenance and cleaning staff.The water boiler burst, flooding the kitchen floor, units as well as the kettle, toaster, coffee machine and induction hob. This was the icing on the cake and why we decided to leave. Definitely should not be described as being luxurious. We've been to Dubai many times and this was by far the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in.
