It consists of one double room, bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa-bed, satellite TV, and complete kitchen corner. Patio area is ideal for evening meals with Lake Garda view.
7000 mq of property all around gives you a typical full immersion in Lake Garda countryside.
Totally restored, attention has been focused on organic building materials and natural hydraulic lime in the plaster for better wall perspiration and no electrical pollution in the sleeping area.

A perfect retreat in the hills of Lake Garda

A brilliant cottage for a retreat in the hills of Lake Garda. Giulio is a very respectful and generous host, who lives a short walk away. The fresh bread every morning was very much appreciated and enjoyed. The cottage and facilities within are perfect - shower, small stove (we actually cooked every night!) and ate at various restaurants for lunch. One of which is a short stroll down the hill. Everywhere we went was very welcoming and even the various locals in the hills when we went hiking were polite and seemingly happy to share their beautiful countryside with us. (Having lived in locations where tourists frequently visit I know this is not always the case). Thank you very much, and we will likely be staying at the cottage again in the not too distant future. P.s. the lanes to the cottage are tight for a large car. Anyone in the UK, comparable to the smaller lanes in Cornwall or the Cotswolds. In a big car, it is doable, but I would recommend a smaller car if you are hiring, and get full cover.

Magnifique

Un très très bon séjour pour pour découvrir le lac de Garde. Visites le matin avant l'arrivée de la foule et repos l'après-midi au gîte. Quelle tranquillité, le bonheur de se réveiller et de déjeuner avec la vue sur le lac. De plus, Guilio livre le pain de bonne heure, ce qui permet de partir rapidement pour visiter les différents sites du lac avant qu'il n'y ait trop de monde. On gardera vraiment un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. JM

Sehr entspannt, sehr ruhige Lage. Täglicher Brötchen-Service vom Gastgeber. Ist nur mit kleinen/schmalen Autos zu empfehlen, da die Straßen sehr eng sind. Um runter zu kommen ist dies der perfekte Ort.

Sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Giulio ist ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und wir haben besonders seinen täglichen Brötchenservice genossen.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem alten Häuschen. Die Anfahrt dorthin ab Gagnano ist recht schwierig, man sollte besser ein nicht so großes, bzw. breites Auto haben. Giulio ist sehr nett, besonders die Brötchen jeden Morgen sind toll!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. In dem Haus war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben und der Blick auf den Gardasee war traumhaft. Auch der Brötchenservice jeden morgen war super! Die Anreise war durch die schmalen Straßen etwas schwierig, aber mit etwas Übung war das nach ein paar Tagen auch kein Problem mehr. Insgesamt waren wir also sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wunderschönes Häuschen in einer Traumlage

In diesem schönen, malerischen alten Steinhaus ist alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht....es war sehr sauber, es gab gute Betten, Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereitgelegt...der Vermieter spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist ausgesprochen nett, man konnte ihn jederzeit erreichen und er hatte gute Tips für uns, täglich gab es am Morgen kostenlose Brötchen, genial!!! Für Wanderungenist die Lage ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt...Das Beste aber ist wirklich abends den Blick auf den See zu genießen.Wir kommen gerne wieder!
