Have your own fridge/freezer, Kurig, Toaster-oven and Microwave!Quiet neighborhood, close to 6A and northside beaches. Property abuts conservation land. Rare Opportunity for pre season!! 2 night maximum stay! Longer would be at owners discretion! Owner is very quiet and not alway home, usually there doing yard work!No extra guests! This is a basement apt!

Great Experience!

This property is lovingly maintained and has everything you would need or want! Robyn's communication was wonderful and her hospitality was outstanding. We would never hesitate a return visit!

our first stay at a Vrbo Vacation Rental

Robyn was a great hostess making sure all our needs were met gave us some good tips on where things were and what might interest us. We were a little surprised that the room was in the basement. Main bed was a double so a little small for two people. Downstairs was very nice couch, chairs ,TV, kitchenette it all met our needs. Definitely great value. Good location close to many beaches and attractions. Would recommend!!

Memorial weekend at Cape Cod

Robyn is a great host, her communication was great, her home is beautiful and her yard with the pool is amazing!! Nice quiet location, we will definitely be back and highly recomend staying there!!
