Nice place!! But communication Sucks!!

My overall stay was nice, but the house did have a few things that didnt work!! 1. Living room tv didnt work 2. Two downstairs tv's came on but blanked out several times 3. Microwave in the entertainment area didnt work. 4. Door knob on the main balcony door fell off several times! 5. No where to put garbage?? Check in was a nightmare!! Literally didnt recieve any check in info until the exact time to get in property. Host never responds to messages sent through app.. Tried to contact them twice before trip and once during trip and no response!! On a non-refundable deposit it worried me!! My family and friends enjoyed themselves so that made this trip NICE!!
