Solara Resort is one of the newest vacation resorts in the Orlando area, with world-class amenities for an incredible vacation experience. Inside the Solara, you will find an 18-hectare complex with a restaurant, cafeteria, bar, sundry shops, gym, and green area for outdoor exercise.

In addition, you will find the amazing FlowRider, a surf simulator that delights adults and children alike. You can also enjoy the rewarding heated pool or splash pad specially designed for the little ones. For sports lovers, the Solara Resort, in addition to the gym, has a soccer field, basketball court, and beach volleyball court.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

Please be advised that every Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the pool maintenance company will be on the property to balance the chemical levels in the pool. During this period, the pool will be unavailable for use and may only be accessed three hours after the maintenance is completed. This service is conducted to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your guests.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

The FlowRider Surf Simulator is an extra service and will have an additional charge.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
