Spring Break Trip

This was a great place to stay for our spring break vacation. It was great size for our family of 5. The second bedroom had two queen beds that my three daughters fit in comfortably. It was so close to the beach and having the pool on the windy days was great. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. We will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future.

It was just okay.

Honestly, the location was among the best part of this stay. Super small shower, the wifi never worked, and the beds were probably the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Nobody ever sent any help out to fix the wifi either, even though I reported it being out at least two separate times. Fine if you're on a budget I guess

This unit is very clean and met all our needs for a mini vacation. We have stayed at Villas on the Gulf many times and love the location and proximity to the beach. Definitely recommend unit J8.

Our stay was nice. Very convenient to beach - just steps away. Beds were very comfortable! WiFi wouldn’t work on our personal devices but after informing the property mgmt company they gave us access to their other property’s WiFi. The only negatives: Strong smell of bleach in bathrooms Not enough hand or kitchen towels. Washcloths and hand towels were stained and dingy - they looked dirty. towels.

Hidden gem

Every window in the condo has a beautiful view of the water. It is very quiet, secluded, and cozy. I highly recommend. There is a pool to use, the kitchen supplies are great and not low quality. Less than 150 feet from the front door to the beach. Private, covered parking under the unit. It is a great stay and I hope to return!

Nice condo with gulf-view

The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for a rental condo (a salad spinner would have perfected the setup). The gulf view was though a wide gap between two buildings, but definitely welcome, not to mention the soothing sound of the surf. For the price, it was more than worth it. The only inadequacy was the lighting above the kitchen sink. The under cabinet lighting strip did not work, but it is an easy fix. I should mention that the condo is on the top floor of a 3-story (the bottom floor is for carports this close to the beach). There were over 40 step to reach the condo. We used them for exercise because it rained almost constantly the whole time we stayed there. For others, they could be too demanding, especially when checking in and out with luggage. The property management was responsive and clear with instructions.
