Come relax at this peaceful beachfront oasis. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located in popular Sea Colony at Carolina Beach. An additional bunk and pull-out sofa make this the perfect spot for the whole family. Great location within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. Located on the top floor with no neighbors above you make this unit very quiet and private. No elevator in building. Short beach walk to the popular Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar.
HOUSE RULES: By accepting this reservation you agree to abide by all house rules:
* You must be at least 25 years old to book and it is required to have a photo ID uploaded to your Airbnb account and a picture of it sent to the host.
* All instant bookings must contact the owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total number of guests.
* Booking party must be present at the time of check in, no third party bookings allowed.
* 5 people MAX
* No additional guests permitted on the property!
* No parties
