Nice stay but added fees

Our stay was fine but be aware they charged an $85 “resort fee” per room on top of what we paid for our rooms. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. The location was great—right in the heart of South Beach and easy walking distance to beach and many shops and restaurants. The communication with the property manager was great, except for not knowing about the resort fees.

Not good for a family

We did NOT know that this was a hotel! We thought it was a condo with a full kitchen. Our teen kids had to stay in their own room. Screaming through the night, no channels on the TV, shower that fills with water, toilet makes awful noises and the beds were awful, with no plugs to plug phones into. We did not know that there were three separate rooms, had we known we would have booked somewhere else but even two rooms would have been sufficient. We were not very pleased with the fact that each room had nonrefundable resort fees associated with them! This was not what we expected.
