From the moment you step into this artfully renovated west-central home, you'll feel the relaxing vibe of the home.

We have remodeled several properties in this neighborhood, creating vibrant living spaces and this one takes the cake with its smart home features, amazing patio with hot tub, shady hammock grove, open floor plan, modern kitchen, and killer upstairs suite!

The property is pet-friendly and cannabis-friendly (outside use only).

About the Space:

The home is in an older, up-and-coming neighborhood just west of downtown. There are many homes being renovated and rehabbed and we have been a huge part of that momentum. The home is located near so many great amenities in Springfield, from local breweries, and an urban farm, to local food and fun!

You enter the space into an open living/kitchen area. The feel is relaxed, modern, and fresh. You'll find 2 bedrooms and an expansive bathroom on the main level as well, as a laundry area. Upstairs is the 600 sqft loft-style suite taking advantage of the angles and rooflines of this vintage home for such an interesting space perfect for lounging and sleeping in a little or getting up early to do yoga with the early light pouring in. It's quiet and tranquil and I dare say you'll love it.

In the backyard, you'll be wowed as you see the 6-person dining area, 6-person Hollywood Elite hot tub, built-in fire pit with seating for 4, wood-burning fire pit, and a hammock grove under the shade of 100-year-old trees.

This property uses smart home automation and has a level 2 EV charger for your convenience.

We are a pet-friendly property with a maximum limit of two pets. We are a cannabis-friendly property in accordance with local laws. **Note** The house is smoke-free, all smoking - cannabis or tobacco needs to take place outdoors.

We are proud to present this home as a short-term rental and plan to continue rehabbing and rescuing these beautiful older homes to be enjoyed for future generations, both for families to live in and some for you, guests, to enjoy in the short term.

We love this home! The surrounding neighbors have some lovely homes. We do want to be transparent that it is an up-and-coming transitioning neighborhood and don't want guests to be surprised by the variety of the home conditions in the neighboring blocks. We have called this neighborhood home for quite some time and we are dedicated to rehabbing it and truly, have created wonderful momentum for others as well.

You'll be close to breweries such as Mothers, close to downtown for all sorts of wonderful food and entertainment options, close to Bass Pro, Wonders of Wildlife, Mercy Hospital, MSU, Drury, and more.

Nice home in a bad area

The home was very nice. We had smaller children and were a little concerned about the neighborhood. Loud cars that were speeding down the street, cops at the next door, and a child that tried to steal from us. The back yard was fenced in and was a nice area to hang out in.

Would’ve been a Five star experience till the ending

It was the perfect space for a little get together for me and my long distance friends. I got a phone call on the way there that wasn’t completely out of the ordinary but it was strange. It was just me, my partner, and two of my friends staying there. The host called me while I was driving on the way there for about 15 mins about my expectations of the home and general fees if any accidents occurred. One of which was a Jacuzzi fee if the ph was off in the water. (Told me that her and her husband liked to have fun times in there and have to pay the fees sometimes too, which I didn’t think much of but my boyfriend found it very disrespectful. I just thought it was kind of weird.) She told me if I followed the guidelines in the guidebook we would be left an amazing review. My friends and I did everything in the guidebook and then some but after leaving was texted about an empty laundry detergent bottle (I would be charged for) I threw away because I wasn’t made aware it was needed for future guests. I used the last of it. It was empty. She told me they had an industrial bottle that they poured from after we left. We were left enough of each household product for one load so I went and bought my own for the rest of our stay. She also texted me that we would receive an extra cleaning fee because the house was excessively dirty but we did everything in the guidelines and more. I haven’t received any more communication or fees yet but it was a damper on an otherwise amazing trip.

Springfield Getaway Vaca

I cannot express how wonderful our stay was. Tila, our host, was absolutely amazing! I have been using Vrbo for many years and I can say with confidence that Tila has been our best host. Answered questions in a timely manner and gave advice on where to have a nice dinner. We traveled with our 2 chihuahuas on this trip and they were very comfortable at this property. The bed in the master bedroom is SO comfortable! It is a sleep number bed. I usually have a hard time getting a good nights sleep because I’m not in my own home. Not at this property! I slept like a baby and woke up ready to face the day not in pain because of a mattress that I’m not used to. Once again, what a wonderful stay in Springfield and we will definitely be visiting this property again!!!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, had everything you could need and more. We especially lived the backyard, its private, peaceful and pretty. The hot tub and sitting area were our favorite. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! From it being a smart home, to the hot tub, to the space and beauty of the home!!! With my husband and i having 4 children it was a perfect fit!!! Great house with great amenities! Host was great, called to make sure we got in ok and offered to start a fire in the fire pit if we wanted! Perfect fenced backyard for our dog. Would stay again for sure!

Amazing Property

Tila was an amazing host and was always available for me. Even when I accidentally locked myself out, she was able to keep calm and help me get back inside. The home is very beautiful and the perfect getaway for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy themselves. It is updated and has all the amenities one would need.

We had a nice time at this property. We enjoyed the hot tub and back yard the most. It was very clean. The kitchen was a little short of a few items we needed when cooking our full family meal. Great host communication. Overall great stay.

AMAZING! worth every penny!

The house was so beautiful as well as the backyard. My dogs loved running around the yard while we relaxed by the fire pit or even the to die for hot tub. Tila was so kind and helpful, they communicated everything clearly and kindly. We will definitely be back for a nice staycation at the house.

I’ve stayed at many a vacation rental in countless destination cities, and this little gem of a place tucked away in a quiet, older neighborhood in Springfield. takes the cake! You will be blown away as soon as you walk thru the door. (Actually before that because the front porch is just darling as well) The decor is fabulous while still being comfy and cozy. Every detail has been thought of. And the smart home feature will have you spoiled and making the switch in your own home. And as if the inside wasn’t amazing enough, the backyard oasis is the preverbal cherry on top. A mini dog park, (So super pet friendly,) hammock, grill, TWO fire pits! And the hot tub is the coup de grace at the end of the day. And the owner is a delight to deal with. Sounds almost to good to be true… but it’s not! I could go on and on about this place. So trust me, just book it!
