DCT Properties has been a small family run business since 2016, specializing in restoring historical homes that have seen better days, and providing these landmark properties for the enjoyment of people looking to experience the local wealth of culture and history within the community.
Why they chose this property
This is our crown jewel of properties, not only because of its full restoration, but more specifically because Portland is my hometown. Considering I was lucky enough to have molded the city in regards to entertainment / concert events for the better part of a decade, I'm proud to be able to provide a place of accommodation to allow guests to enjoy what we built in the community.
What makes this property unique
It's a registered historical home, dating back to 1914.. . called the "Senators House"... where state officials once called home, as well as a variety of other established figures throughout the years... we've been able to FULLY remodel from every stud to every nail, this property to its former elegant glory.
