House was double booked

Called the host the day of arrival. Was told house was open and we could go right in. Arrived later and door was locked. Called host. She informed me there were people already there. So we had no place to stay. I have no idea what to even think of this. We ended up having to get a hotel. VRBO refunded our money, but that is the very minimal I would have expected. That was the absolute least VRBO could have done to make the situation right.

Please correct listing

The king bedroom had a queen bed. There was only one bedroom although it advertised two. The host communicated well and timely. Close to everything. Pretty small for three adults.
