Two bedroom Bayside Condo

This lake-front unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, new floors, new countertops, new furniture and a new screened-in porch. The screened-in porch provides a second living area complete with outdoor sofa, club chairs, side tables and an outdoor dining table and chairs. From the porch, the view of the lake and the surrounding landscape has the feel of living in a treehouse.
If you prefer to relax indoors, the main living area is inviting and functional with two recliners, a table and chairs for eating or playing games, an electric fireplace, a new couch and a cabinet with books, cards, puzzles and games. This unit has everything you need to spread-out and completely relax.
The loft bedroom features a king bed, its own bathroom, a reading corner (overlooking the bay on the other side of the street) and a desk and chair with second-story views of the lake for the “work anywhere” person. The downstairs bedroom has two full size beds, smart bedside lamps (USB ports) and direct access to the downstairs bathroom and the washer and dryer. The main living area and both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. There is not a pullout sofa.
The kitchen has been updated with new countertops, new refrigerator, new sink and freshly painted cabinets. It is a bright and cheerful space to make coffee, pour a glass of wine or cook a complete meal.
You will be close to one of the outdoor pools, boat rentals and so much more.
This is a no smoking, no pets unit. The owner of this unit is a pet owner, our housekeepers are very good, but we cant not guarantee that the unit is allergen and animal dander-free.
