Very nice property.

Property was as advertised and host provided much info such as restaurants and entertainment in the area. The pool was nice and clean although we didn't use it. The dog potty area worked very well for our Labrador.

Excellent property

We were so pleased that the kitchen was so well appointed — we were able to cook a great dinner for guests. The host is wee orgsyabd very responsive. We will rent this property again!

Birthday visit

This home was excellent and the owner Romero could not have been more cordial. The owners were aware of a birthday being celebrated and we’re kind enough to provide birthday decoration, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice house and Great location

House was clean and updated. There is a dishwasher now which came in handy. Just as pictured with theater type seating to watch TV. Location was very close to a Walmart and 10 minutes to Costco.

Perfect for our needs

We were there for a tennis tournament and the home had everything we needed. The only downside is that I’m allergic to pets and didn’t realize it was a pet friendly home. Maybe I missed that memo. Host was excellent and a timely communicator.

My little getaway

Kids had a blast, love the pool. got to see my oldest son and all the grand kids and even my parent inlaws flew in and got to see them as well. Peaceful home would definitely come agine and would recommend to others.

Visit to AZ for our son and daughter in law's baby shower! Celebrating our new grand-baby!

Everything was great! The place had everything we needed and the pool was a definite bonus to keep us and the kiddos chill! Thank you for sharing this place with our family! Hopefully we will be back when the baby is born! :)

The house was exactly as described it’s in a nice neighborhood and has plenty to do close by. Check in and check out was super smooth.

Good Stay

This is a smaller house in Surprise. It was perfectly adequate for my husband and me. The only thing people really need to know about this property is that there is no dishwasher. If this is a must have for you, this is not the property you want. Everything else is there for you.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, very clean and easy to find. Could have been stocked a little better. No bar soap, only body wash. Only 2 hand towels for the bathroom and 2 dish towels for kitchen. Also could have haf a toaster. Had a very nice pool although we diidnt get to use it because only there fora short stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Great house for visiting the area

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen posed some issues. The dishwasher was removed for a wine fridge so we were washing all our dishes by hand. Also, we planned to cook Thanksgiving dinner there, but there is almost nothing in the kitchen. Only 4 coffee cups, no wine opener, not many things for cooking. No measuring cups or spoons… could just use more to help in the kitchen. However, it was nice that I. The bathrooms there were extras like cotton swabs, makeup remover, lotion, etc… very handy! And, plenty of pool towels! Thanks for letting us stay!
