Only 2 City Streets Away from the Convention Center, Mission inn, Bars\Restaurants, Fairmount Park, and Riverside Community College and Hospital.

Roomy vacation rental conveniently located in charming neighborhood.

Close to downtown in nice historic neighborhood, spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms. Large TV for your streaming services and with some channels available. Two queen bedrooms along with comfy couch. Large avocado tree in front yard! Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Enjoyable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay around the holidays. The location is so close to downtown, so we could easily walk to the festivities near the Mission Inn. Just a few blocks away, parking charges were 30-40, and the traffic was pretty congested, so walking was the way to go. Lots of stuff to do downtown — restaurants, shops, museums. The neighborhood itself is so beautiful — streets are tree-lined and dotted with gorgeous craftsman homes and ornate Victorians. The home had a great floor plan, with large kitchen and dining room, comfortable living room, and large covered front porch. I hope to come back in future.

Mario was fantastic - and nice location

Our host, Mario, was extremely helpful. The house itself was well-kept and in a nice area, walkable to Starbucks, downtown, etc. Just an FYI for planning purposes: there's no dishwasher, laundry, or (as we thought we saw in the ad) a hot tub. Definitely worth staying there, but that's good to know ahead of time.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The only negative things were the amount of towels and not being able to control the thermostat. Other than that, very nice place.

There was only 2 towels and we originally had 3 adults. Hand to use hand towels. No coffee, no washer or dryer, no extra bedding. No garbsge bags. No pot holders. Didn't feel home. It felt cold. Extra blankets would have been nice.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Everything went pretty smooth with the whole process. Communication with host was excellent, and if there was any issues they addressed it immediately. This is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Riverside.

Clean and cozy

This home is very spacious and cozy. It accompanied 6 adults without any issues. The host was great with communication. He stayed in touched with us to ensure we comfortable. It was also clean, had the basic necessities we needed for an overnight stay, and it was in a good neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves visiting the area in the future.

The Jazz house experience

This is a 2 bedroom, cute, cozy little spot in downtown Riverside. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The decor inside the home is very cool! The host, Mario, is awesome!
