The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. It has been recently renovated (December 2022) and offers 3 bedrooms/1.5 baths with a large open kitchen and dining area. The living room has a 50 inch Smart TV, and all bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs as well. The master bedroom opens to a large deck overlooking the spacious fenced in backyard. The home is across the street from a local park and playground. You will find this place to be cozy and convenient. Only 1 mile from Anmed Hospital, 2.5 miles from the Women's and Children's hospital, and 1.4 miles to Anderson University.

Perfect

The location, space inside home and cleanliness was great. Only thing was the remote in middle bedroom didn’t work but used the remote from the living room. Loved the peacefulness of the back yard.

Perfect home in wonderful location!

Perfect home! We came in for the weekend for a concert and have family in the area and this house was super clean, stocked with everything we needed for the weekend and the owner was super responsive! If you are looking for a rental in this area then look no further! We will definitely be renting this property again and our family and friends will be too!
