Situation on the east coast of Auckland and in the most prestigious Clifton Peninsular area, this immaculate apartment with 2 bedrooms on rural lifestyle will spoil your holiday. High stud ceiling throughout ( 3m). everything is well equipped, from smart TV to washing machine & dryer are all provided.
The master room has king bed and built-in wardrobe, the children's room has two king single beds with good size wardrobe too. there is a trundler bed in lounge for the 5th guest if necessary.
The modern kitchen has granite bench top. Stove, oven, dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, all cooking pots and pans and rangehood. All cooking facilities are available as well as beddings & towels. Heat pump in lounge.
Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen opening out to sunny outdoor area, watching your children playing in fully fenced and private courtyard.
Free Starlink wifi on site. you can park your car or boat beside the villa.
Private courtyard with BBQ burner and outdoor furniture. Fully fenced courtyard with level lawn, ideal for children.
5 mins drive to supermarket, restaurants, pubs & cafes etc. 5 mins drive to Pine Harbour Marina, then to catch the ferry to Auckland CBD within 25 minutes. within 15 minutes drive to Botany mega shopping centre. 25 minutes drive to Auckland Airport.
