Summary:
Keep it simple at this quaint 1980s 1 bedroom condo located across from the beach, the CB Lake, and close to all things that makes "Pleasure Island" special! Centrally located to the famous CB Boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops and cool drinking holes!
The Space:
The unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay
Guest Access:
The 2025 pest control schedule will fall on the second Wednesday of each month
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.
Getting Around:
- Free parking at apartment- MUST DISPLAY PARKING PASS
-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town
-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.
-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
