Business trip

Excellent location for a midtown conference. Loved Piedmont park. Midtown was only 1.7 miles away. Needed another towel. Reached out and they said they would get us one but never did. No kitchen hand towel or cloths. No hot pad. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. Had to make some purchases to be able to stay there. Other than that, it was great. Clean comfortable and safe.

Nice Condo- Fantastic location

Condo is located in a great location. Piedmont Park is across the street, close to many restaurants and the botanical gardens. Downtown is a short walk. I walked to the Fox theatre to see the Lion King. The building is well lighted front and back. Condo was clean and has most amenities. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing they forgot was the soap and paper towels. Oh and the host replies on a tim

This property was not as advertised. We rented it for a month for our daughter. It was filthy upon arrival!! Windows were unlocked. Blinds were covered in dirt. There were two vacant dilapidated cars parked between this building and the next, there were marked off by security tape. Refrigerator was filthy. Kitchen Cabinets were full of old plastic containers from fast food/takeout, area underneath the kitchen sink was stuffed with empty grocery bags and the floor was rotting out underneath the sink, there was water coming up from underneath the floor in the bathroom, sheets on the bed were soiled and pilled. Furniture was stained, closet where the hot water heater was located was leaking and floor was rotted. When we went to check our daughter in we would not leave her there. She did not go back as the property was in terrible condition and we did not feel she was safe. Requested a refund from the host, but never heard from them. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The only security light available at the back door of the building (which sat on a dark parking lot) was also out upon our arrival.

cute condo and super safe area

staying here was perfect for me and a friend! having a bed and pull-out was perfect. the host was very communicative and answered any questions we had in regards to check in; it was a bit tricky as we'd arrived late. everything was nice and clean when we entered and it was easy getting settled in. we were walking distance from a variety of restaurants, shops, theaters, etc., so the location in general was amazing! would definitely stay here again!

Reasonably quiet and very clean

The sanitizer was obvious- place was almost too clean but otherwise perfectly fine spot to be near the park.
