About this property

New Modern Executive Home across from Skaha Lake.

This is a beautiful new modern home on Lakeside Road across from Skaha Lake. There is public lake access across the street which allows you to launch your kayaks and paddle boards, or load the family into the boat. Skaha Beach is just down the road where the Marina and boat launch are located. Please check with the Marina if you require a boat slip for your stay.


The 1800 square foot living accommodation

As expected this home is close to all downtown amenities, wineries, and dining establishments.

The home sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms, 2 of the rooms have twin over, queen under beds. Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and linens are all to an executive standard and lacking for nothing.

There is plenty of parking, including room for your boat trailer.
This is the newest of my two accommodations listed on VRBO/HomeAway, and our reviews reflect the level of service we provide.

Small to medium pets (max 2 small to medium sized) are allowed, but we do charge a pet fee so our cleaners can take the extra time to clean in such a way that we don't impact following guests who may have allergies.

Fantastic apartment at a great location

-We were somewhat confused / mislead with the pictures of the rec room / bar area, and the title of the property stating "executive house with large entertainment space" as the entertainment space turned out later not be included in the rental. -Other than that, we were very happy with the rental of this apartment. -We were very impressed with the well designed lay out and practical aspects of the apartment. -The kitchen was very well stocked with all the required items, great bbq -The apartment was of high end design and quality of furniture, bathrooms -The property manager and owners were very nice and super helpful with the check in process, questions and minor problems. It was also very nice of them to let our kids have a look at the racing cars We would definitely stay there again and recommend this property to other renters. But we have suggested to the owners to adjust the listing so that it is clear the entertainment area is a separate rental option.
