HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE
The pictures of this property are nice; however, this house is not as it appears. The house and the property were dirty and numerous items were broken or they did not work properly or inaccurately communicated when we asked to confirm the existence, i.e. Tablet/Alexas, garage parking, etc.
We sent several emails regarding the condition of the house as we found it. We took 45 pictures to document the condition, items broken, and other issues of appliances that were not working properly. Due to the lack of safety measures, i.e. grab bars in any of the 5 bathrooms or shower floor mats, one of our guest was seriously injured. The Property Manager, Milla, response was that they do not provide those items. That was her answer for most everything. She did send the Maintenance Man to address the issues; however, nothing was done in the 2 weeks we were there to correct the situation. Although, we did have to be bothered with a routine annual HVAC service inspection and the pest control met us at the door as we were leaving. We left 2 days early because we just could not take the frustration and irritation anymore.
We sent a detailed email to Omar, the owner, regarding our experience, the responses we were given, and a request for a refund. He had Milla call 10 days later with a miniscule offer which was a slap in the face for all that we had endured.
I typically do not write a bad review because I was raised that if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all. However, the issues and responses regarding our experience were so egregious, I felt no one else should have to endure what we did. Just beware!
