This freshly remodeled condo features all the comforts of a home away from home. There's a Keurig on hand for your morning coffee, and a Roku Smart TV for a relaxing evening in after a day spent on the sandy shore. Out on that beachfront balcony, you'll enjoy a view of seasonal fireworks at Ft. Walton Pier, weekly during the summer season as well as holidays. Enjoy relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere throughout, with central air conditioning and tile flooring, complete with new throw rugs, ensuring everyone is cool and comfortable. The full kitchen is perfect for whipping up a snack or a meal, and is complete with full-size appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four guests. Beach vacation

Condo was roomy, clean, well stocked, lots of bath towels, shampoo soap and conditioner. The balcony and its furnishings made sitting outside very comfortable. All the furnishings including beds were very nice and comfortable. Love easy walk to the beach and getting 2 umbrellas and 4 Chairs was a wonderful bonus. Could use a better set of knives but we loved our stay and will be back

Fantastic Property

The condo owner was amazing to work with! Communication was excellent and she went above and beyond with sending great restaurants in the area, Facebook groups to follow before our trip, and how to get the flags each day via text. The condo is exactly as shown, beautiful and clean. I have a 15 and 17 year old who slept on the bunks, which they didn’t like, but otherwise everything was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great host, great time!

We were down for a week with our family and we loved every minute! Renee was great at communicating, we were able to check in a little early and it was clean! Beautiful ocean view and off the main road so not as much traffic! We had 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) and the size was perfect. A beautiful time had by all and hoping we can come back! Perfect Family Condo

I’m so glad my family and I chose this condo for our family vacation. If you’re looking for a stress free, relaxing, amazing vacation this is the one. We didn’t have any issues the entire stay. First thing walking in was the smell. Smelled great, and was extremely clean. The pictures and decor were beautiful. Everything worked, well stocked with starter supplies, and had everything we needed, cooking wise, plus more. We hosted a group dinner and there was even a crock pot which we used. I’ve never experienced communication as well as I did staying here. Direct line of communication with the owners and they provided helpful information during our stay. We always like to stay in different properties for the experience on vacations but we have found our spot now, because we now know we will be taken care of.

A Beautiful Escape to Waters Edge

We absolutely loved the condo which was decorated in a beautiful beach style plus the view of the beach was spectacular! This unit also over looks two amazing swimming pools with one being heated all year long!

Awesome vacation

Condo was very nice, comfortable, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Renee was awesome to work with and responded quickly. The pool is beautiful. We had a few colder than normal days/nights with high winds which made sitting on the beach uncomfortable, however the smaller part of the pool was very nicely heated. We will be back!!

Great Beach Front Condo

Condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean with all the amenities one needs to include WiFi and cable tv in each room. View of beach and pools is perfect and very relaxing.Parking and access to condo for loading and unloading was a definite plus due to parking was at same level as room so no need to use elevator. Condo owner was wonderful to work with. There is no doubt I will try and stay again in this condo. Definitely recommend this condo for anyone planning a beach trip to Ft Walton Beach.

September stay

The location was good and parking was excellent for this unit. No steps or elevator needed. Your vehicle is literally steps away. My only complaint is the unit needs a little extra cleaning due to normal wear and tear. Mold in the master shower caulking, couches are dirty from most likely sunscreen, and coffee pot was dirty when we arrived.

Great property!

This condo was one of the best ones we have stayed in. Renee was so sweet to deal with! The condo was beautiful and clean. Having the beach toys, extra chairs, and beach floats really helped my family out. I have a toddler, so having the toys made it very easy for us so we didn’t have to buy extras. The condo was stocked with all the appliances and silverware you could ever need. We will definitely be back to book with Renee!

We currently live in Arkansas. We have two grown daughters. One lives in Atlanta the other lives in north Arkansas. We are awaiting the arrival of our first grand baby and very excited to be grandparents. We have a dog, Welsh Pembroke Corgi, that is almost three. We have a cat that is 12 and both are the best friends. We spend a lot of time at the lake here in Arkansas. I am recently retired from Blue Cross Blue shield after 32 years of service and loving managing our Condos.Before retirement we had a company managing our properties.

Why they chose this property

Water's Edge. We love this condominium so much. It feels like home. We started out coming to this property around 2008 I think. My husband fell in love with the enormous pool that is right on the beach. We love to hang out at the beach then go to the pool to swim. All of the people are so very nice. We loved it so much that we wanted to have a piece of paradise and bought our 1 bed/1 bath condo fall of 2020. After attending owners meetings we loved it enough to buy a bigger unit a year later that is waterfront. Great group of neighbors and now we all seem like family.

What makes this property unique

The Water's Edge boasts the largest swimming pool on the island. Property is very well maintained with on-site maintenance and staff.
The best part is this condo is directly on the beach with the pool between you and the ocean. Private beach access and beach service daily seasonally.
