The space was just what we needed for a quick stay. Plenty of room. Great equipped kitchen. Loaded coffee bar. Great communication with property manager. Don’t judge a book by the cover.

We did not stay at this property as the minute we opened the door it reeked of pot and dog. We were discussed with the coaches and and smell.
Our stay was perfect. The host is kind and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was clean, had a cute layout, and the kitchen has a ton of little amenities like ice machine, keurig, air fryer, etc. I was able to bring my pet and there’s a cute little fenced in yard which worked great for dog potty breaks. Location is close to many places to eat and shopping. Would definitely stay again!
We were in town for a girls basketball tournament and enjoyed the cleanliness and location of this property. Check-in was very easy and the property was clean and had all of the necessities.
The host was very helpful and a very good communicator and The property was very nice, while it is located in one of the typical residential areas in La Crosse they have spent a lot of effort inside the condo and it has all the amenities you could want.
This Bnb was by far the best choice we made coming to the area. The house was clean, there were plenty of amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom, and all furniture was comfortable. The host was great and got in contact right away if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here.
Property manager was always in touch and answered back almost immediately. Nice clean place with enough room for at least 6 people comfortably (we had 2). Had everything you need as well as off street parking.
Great stay at the property. Unit was clean and Stephanie was great the entire time. Will go back

Comfortable
Low income neighborhood but nice place once inside. Other people living in house are loud. Toilet runs almost all the time. The toilet seat came off twice. Heater in master bedroom is loud when sleeping. No wifi.
We were in town for a concert at Copeland Park. The apartment is only a few blocks away, so we were able to walk, saving us from searching for a parking spot. The apartment is very nicely remodeled and made for a comfortable place to call home for the night.
A very clean and relaxing place to stay. The appliances seemed to be newer. A couple of things I would say they need to work on would be: the towels seem a little rough, there was no tea or coffee packets, and the pots and pans are lacking. Overall would stay there again!!

So so stay
This was ok clean but there was only 2 sleeping pillows. We had 4 people staying so two people had to use throw pillows. Owner was on top of the communication back and forth . However I am not sure where her emails were going and neither did Vrbo. She was quick to text but would not give me the information that I needed to get in. She said it was in the email I never received. I had to contact Vrbo and they had a hard time finding it as well. When I finally got the information letter sent to me which gave me the code there was no address on the letter. It was a very long confusing experience. It is just okay and it will get the job done but bring your own pillows. The bunk beds are also very cheap and make a terrible noise when you change positions so I recommend that room definitely should be for kids not adults.

Disaster
Fly infested Master Bedroom, no linen for role away bed - which was communicated to be a Murphy bed, drawer full of nine millimeter hollow point bullets. Due to the fly infestation, lack of linen and live ammo we were forced to find alternative accommodations.
The host rented this simultaneously on another site (the "a" site) and told us that VRBO made a mistake by renting it when it was blocked, which they did not, it's not possible for that to happen. She said I needed to contact VRBO for a refund. She is a liar. She made the mistake. She is saying she cannot refund our money and that only VRBO can do it, another lie.
Overall the apartment is nice. The queen bed was very comfortable and there is a nice hangout space in the living room. We enjoyed the coffee station setup and the fresh flowers that were there upon arrival. There are air conditioning units in the kitchen and bedroom which kept the apartment nice and cool on an 85 degree day. Our girls enjoyed having the bunk beds in their own room.
The apartment was not very clean when we got there but Stephanie sent her cleaners over right away to remedy the situation. She apologized and said they were in the midst of changing their cleaning crew and that this was not the norm.
It was hard to find the apartment at first. The # on the building is not the same as the address given, and it is accessed around the back of the duplex. The neighborhood had a college vibe, but was still very quiet during the day and night. It had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go in Lacrosse.
Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time in Lacrosse.
