The Premier Beautiful Modern Ski House is part of the newly developed Riverwest Vacation Rentals, situated at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. This property boasts some of the best locations in the development. It is privately owned and managed by North Shore Vacation Rentals, a family-owned business.

Great winter getaway!

My family and I spent a long weekend at the ski house in Duluth! The house was amazing, and suited all of our needs. We would definitely rent again!

The house was spacious and had awesome views. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The check in process was easy and host had great communication. Discounted Spirit lift tickets and the sauna were a great bonus! We will likely be back!

Birthday Weekend

This place is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our large group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything is beautifully decorated and every amenity was thought of. The common areas had plenty of space for all 10 adults to hang out and enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Great communication, will absolutely consider staying here again!

Perfect for Family Reunion

What’s not to love!?!

This house was so beautiful and even tastefully decorated for Christmas. 🎄❤️ Our family was able to comfortably gather, watch football, make holiday cocktail/mocktails, wear matching Christmas pj’s, and play games. This house provided everything you could possibly need. When we arrived, the beds all had a welcoming little stack of towels, makeup wipes, and toothbrush kits. Definitely a five star rental. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to come back again and again.

Amazing ski hill home

This is one amazing home. Very comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen is a pleasure as is the sauna. The beds and bedrooms were a dream!

Beautiful home close to Spirit Mountain

This home appears to be brand new. Beautifully decorated, located close to the base of Spirit Mountain. You can see the slopes from the windows. We were two families with 3 teens, and the four bedrooms provided lots of space. We also enjoyed the sauna!

We loved it

Our family stayed at river west for a long weekend and the place was awesome. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was stocked with everything you would need. We were all very impressed. Melissa was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Work trip

We had a convention at the DECC for work and needed a nice place to stay where we could relax and spend time together away from work. We found that here! Very good use of space for the footprint of the house and stocked like you would expect a house to be. Everyone in the group was very happy with their stay. I will most likely stay here again if I have the opportunity. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful new property

This place is gorgeous. Lots of room. Great layout. Beds and bedrooms were great. Really a wonderful place! The only negative, the garage was too small to hold two of our vehicles. We easily found street parking for all our vehicles, so not that big of a negative.

Immaculate, beautiful condos

Our group could not have been happier with our stay at this brand new condo. They were beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could have needed. Cute and Convenient

This is a super cute place ment to host a large group. Close to everything we wanted to do ( within 15 minutes) Our group enjoyed staying here. Communication was fantastic as this seems to still be under construction with small things needing completed (i.e trim finishing, frig water/ice system installed, painting, furniture on back order, closet shelf's put up, towel rack secured and general construction clean up in the house) will be amazing once the property is completely finished. We did enjoy our stay and will definitely stay again with future visits.

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for a girls weekend trip! It was so easy to get to Duluth. The open floor plan and multiple seating options made it easy for the eight of us to hang out and play games at the end of the night. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Duluth. The only downside is all of the stairs getting up to the bedrooms. It would be a challenge to stay here will older family members.

Family getaway

This space was PERFECT for our family! Everyone had their own privacy, yet we could all gather together on the main floor. There were a lot of amenities provided for us as well. We LOVED the sauna. What a cool idea! We really want to come back in the winter! The only negatives were that there wasn’t any blinds on the main floor so everyone could look in, one of the showers wasn’t clean, and there were dead flies scattered in places. Other then that, we LOVE this place! Thank you!
