This multi-level vacation home comes fully furnished inside and out for family-friendly comfort. Private decks on both sides of the home come complete with ample seating for all and a gas grill is equipped for summertime cookouts. The sunroom sets the stage for family feasts or happy hour entertainment, with features including a large dining table, a cushioned window bench, a smart TV, bar seating, a wine cooler, and a mini fridge. A second dining area is located just off the living area. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances is ready to handle home cooking with ease. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room TV. The upstairs loft also features sofas and a smart TV for flexible home entertainment. A small second-floor deck offers an additional area for outdoor lounging. Everyday essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
