Enjoy your summer vacation stay in this large modern beach home with plenty of space for the entire family. Just minutes away from many restaurants, attractions, Ocean City Outlets, Assateague Island, and only a short 2 miles from downtown Ocean City and beach! Sit back and relax with your family and friends and watch the sunset with a clear marina view.
Home is just off of Ocean City’s harbor, with a clear view over the marina, & just a 5 minute drive to Ocean City Boardwalk & beach. Just steps away from the Fisherman’s Marina, and many popular restaurants- Harborside Bar & Grill, PIER 23, Crab Alley, The Shark on the Harbor, & Sunset Grille! Calm & quiet family neighborhood.

This is a 5 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen with open dining and living room area. 2 Roku TV's (one in living room & one on second floor). Washer and dryer are included.
Outdoor Area: Private outdoor balcony and furniture. Front outdoor lawn area consists of picnic table, barbecue, and front private entrance.
Parking: Enjoy free parking! This home fits 5 cars on property as well as free street parking.
PLEASE NOTE: BEDDING (LINENS, PILLOWCASES, & BLANKETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN. Pillows already included.
LINENS CAN BE REQUESTED FOR A FEE ($150). IF REQUESTED, ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE BEFORE GUEST ARRIVAL.
Upon confirmation, the host will send a message regarding unit's address, check in/out processes, home wifi & password, & lockbox code, etc.
*Extra guests are permitted at an additional cost ($50/per guest per night). Please send a message if you wish to bring extra guests.*

This beach home is perfect for big families ready to sit back and soak in the sun. Our unit offers plenty of parking and is super close to all of Ocean City's finest restaurants, shops, and beaches.
