Mice in the kitchen. Some of the pictures are very old. Not the same hot tub in pictures not the same bathroom. The gate on the deck is no longer there making me tie my dog up when I thought I would be able to let him off leash on the deck. Communication with property manager was poor. Didn’t respond to my questions about check in time. Shower was still wet and Beds were not made with dirty sheets. Almost like no one cleaned or even went to the property after the last people left
We stayed here for one night since we were seeing a concert in Gilford. Was a great place for a group of friends! Lots of sleeping options and cool amenities. Only thing is that is could have been a tiny bit cleaner. Overall loved our stay and would book again.
Respite after a fun day of bachelor party paintball
We got here and had a few minutes of worry when the door code didnt work but as soon as I messaged Carmen she called immediately to let us in. Super great response time on her part! The place itself was splendid! It had a lot of things that we needed and a lot of fun things that we made use of. The hot tub was a blast! Much needed after a long day. I would definitely come again and make this a reoccurring trip!
definitely comw Iwoudefinitely come again
From the perfect location just off the Daniel Webster short minutes from Meredith in one direction and Weir Beach in the other, to the view of the lake and the far hills, to the helpful cheerful host, to the beautiful round sauna with amber glass for the view, the hot tub, the massage chair & footstool, the Ms. Pac-Man arcade machine set into the wall, the mighty AC in the main bedroom and fan for the living room, a fun comfortable luminous cottage. Highly recommended.
No bed linens. Two towels and one washcloth for 4 people. The place was cluttered and had random boxes and stuff thrown in closets. The heat wasn't on and the drunk neighbor didn't know how to run it. The place was not worth the money.
We stayed there with friends after going to a concert in Gilford. It was a perfect location. We loved everything about the place. Although we couldn’t find towels or sheets so bring your own. I didn’t see anything in the listing about towels or sheets so we had to rough it.

A Christmas Nightmare
- Keypad did not work to enter, property manager told me to climb thru a window. The door with the keypad never shut right for the remainder of the trip.- Frozen pipes for the first few hours of arrival and 55 degrees in the house. My husband turned the heat tape on which unfroze the pipes. If my husband didn’t fix it, plumber wasn’t arriving until 7 hours later, we had my 9 month old child with us.- Pee harden on the toilet seat- House was extremely dirty and run down - Mouse poop under the bar stools- Half of the house never got over 60 degrees- The house is very run down, trim barley on, doors that are too big for door way and can’t even be shut, inadequate heatingI am from Meredith, I have been gone a few years and came to spend Christmas with all my family. My husband and I never expected our first Christmas with our 9 month old child to be so horrendous. We had to leave early.
