Unique 2BDR 2BTH Tree House with amazing ocean and mountain views offering travelers a true Costa Rican experience. The house is located in a 250-acre forested eco-reserve providing privacy and tranquility to completely unwind. Upper level deck is perfect for yoga, meditating or just enjoying panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding countryside while relaxing in the hammocks.
The 2500 square foot home is constructed with forest green steel, teak wood, yellow paint and has a 100% open-air spacious living area, all architected to blend with its natural surroundings. Trees outside the home attract monkeys, tropical birds, iguanas and frogs.
Both bedrooms are enclosed and have floor to ceiling windows so views are not obstructed.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Viewing platform/terrace with sliding glass doors.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, jungle views and a little viewing platform or terrace as well.
Overall a perfect place to re-connect with nature, wildlife, sunsets over the Pacific Ocean and sunrises through the valley. Plenty of beaches and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive with ample parking.
Note: Recommended that children under 10 not visit or stay at the Treehouse due to the open-air architecture.
The property is hosted by Eden Properties and owned by Canadians, Jeff & Tracy who are letting others enjoy this paradise.
Disclaimer:
Our accommodation does not feature air conditioning. It's important to note that temperatures in Costa Rica can be warm throughout the year. We experience extreme temperatures during the months of April and May.
Our unique house design embraces an open-air concept and is nestled in the heart of the jungle. As a result, guests may encounter a variety of bugs and insects, particularly after sunset. However, it's worth mentioning that the majority of these insects are harmless.
We advise guests to come prepared with appropriate insect repellent and to embrace the natural surroundings of our location.
To access the Tree House, you must cross a river, which serves as the only access and exit point. During the summer season, when the river is dry, there are no accessibility issues. However, during the green season (June to October), the river can become impassable due to rapidly changing water levels. This unpredictability means that the Tree House may not be accessible at times.
Crossing the river is done at your own risk. Please exercise caution and evaluate the water conditions before attempting to cross. The property owners and managers do not assume responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or inconveniences that may occur as a result of crossing the river.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you to our jungle retreat!
